Time To Step Up The GAME!!

I have had quite a few questions about my workouts lately. I am 9 years post injury, for those of you that may not know. From day one therapy has been my top priority, lately I seemed to of hit a wall and wasn't seeing progression. CMT Training started thinking outside the box.
